Arizona Bird List

These are the birds that David and I saw during our southwestern trip.  They are in the order that we saw them on the trip.  We didn't list the birds we already had on our 2003 year list, these are just the new ones.  My bird watching list for 2003 will be up eventually.  No previous years will be put up since this was my first year really birding.

Originally we had planned to find atleast 100 new species of birds for our year list, however, since we stayed up so late road cruising and insect lighting every night we were unable to wake up in time to go birding.

Sadly, we didn't see a green kingfisher, which was one of the top species we were going for.
